本文以铬酸阳极氧化表面处理工艺为研究对象，通过工艺技术分析、寻找关键特性、建立对关键特性的控制等工作，研究建立了表面处理工艺动态质量管理系统；针对冶金特种工艺质量控制的复杂性及统计数据量大等特点，建立了以计算机数据库管理为基础的表面处理信息及处理系统；为解决冶金特种工艺原材料入厂复验任务重的困难，建立了以原材料入厂复验的试验结果为评价基础，以抽样统计方法为依据的原材料入厂复验项目优选系统等。
